The smell of the hosting industry's finest is in the air, and of course we sent some of the Jelastic team to attend and proudly exhibit at HostingCon 2013 this week in Austin, Texas. From what I have been reading, there are more than 50 scheduled sessions from Sales and Marketing, Technology, Issues and Trends and Management. There are more than 150 exhibitors, over 100 speakers including the CEO of ServInt Christian Dawson (our hosting partner in the U.S.). Our COO Dmitry Sotnikov will school attendees on monetizing developer hosting on Tuesday June 18th at 3:00pm - Room #18D.
I caught up with Jacquie (pictured above with our COO Dmitry), our Global Sales Manager to find out about what's happening at HostingCon.
Thanks for taking the time to catch me up on how it's going Jacquie! Over the years I attended HostingCon many times and I absolutely loved the experience. When did you arrive in Austin?
Ruslan and Dmitry got here on Sunday and Alex and I arrived today.
Is this the first HostingCon you have attended?
This is my first HostingCon experience but Jelastic has attended in previous years.

Of course! Everyone is helping to keep the Austin motto "keep Austin weird".
